A message from the fire
We bring the grill to where you gather and cook right there, with *wood*, *charcoal* and *time*. Your guests watch, come close to the fire, and eat the moment it's ready.
Brassa Viva begins with Hernán, an Argentine from Tucumán who also grew up in Buenos Aires, where the asado is not a meal but a ritual: Sundays, family, and a fire that takes its time. In 2018 a soccer scholarship brought him to Miami. Years later, far from home, he found a way to bring that fire with him.
Growing up around the parrilla: wood, embers, patience, and everyone gathered close.
Soccer opened the door to a new life. Then came studies, many jobs, and the effort of building a home far from family.
Restaurants, logistics and operations taught him what it takes to run an event, not just to cook for one.
A name, a flame, the menus and the cuts. Our first big fire fed 800 guests, and two weeks later the grills traveled to Memphis.
Shaped by years of international event hospitality, coordinating teams and guests, and still loyal to the same essence: live fire, real asado, close care.

The ritual
01Firewood and charcoal, chosen for clean heat and real smoke. No gas. Ever.
02We build it on-site, hours before your guests arrive. It becomes the heart of the event.
03Three to four hours on the asador, the parrilla and the estaca. The old way, every degree controlled by hand.
04Premium cuts, carved in front of your guests. The show and the meal are the same thing.
05Cheese, chorizo, morcilla and provoleta first. Then the cuts, salads, chimichurri, salsa criolla and fire-roasted pineapple. And when it ends, we leave everything as we found it.

Questions
Everything that makes the gathering happen: travel, setup, the fire, the food, our team, service and full cleanup. You don't need to worry about a thing.
Homes, gardens, rooftops and venues across Miami-Dade and Broward. Farther away? Ask us. We have taken the fire as far as Memphis.
We arrive hours before your guests to build the fire. The meat cooks slowly, three to four hours over wood and charcoal, so it is ready when the party is.
Two to three weeks is ideal. Weekends fill up first, so the sooner you write, the better.
Of course. Send us a WhatsApp or plan your event below and we'll call you to talk it through.
Drinks are not part of our service. Tell us what you'll be pouring and we'll plan the fire and the menu around it.
We plan for them: provoleta, fire-roasted vegetables, salads and more. Tell us who is coming and we'll take care of it.
